I'm so down about this, I'm thinking of taking the service off my pricelist.
The gel seems to stay on clients toes perfectly, but it's a real problem when it comes to their finger nails. What is going wrong? I use NSI gel and I think I'm doing everything right. Most of my clients have had problems with their nails - the gel either cracks or breaks.

If it's applied too thickly or too close to the edge of your nails, it'll be more likely to crack down the line.
It's a little technical, but the message behind it is basically that it all has to do with how the polish is applied. Luckily for me, they had a whole page dedicated to why gel nails can crack.
